Dear Members,
Last September, our pro bono attorney informed us that we cannot use Election Buddy or similar online voting platforms for the Squadron's November 2025 election because our Bylaws do not authorize their use, although these platforms are reliable, user-friendly, and popular with members.
The Board has approved the Proposed Amendment to SSS By-Laws to Permit Electronic Voting
by Membership, and we need your vote at the Special Meeting to be held on Saturday, March 14th, during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm, to cast your vote by paper ballot to make Internet voting available to our membership.
Each Membership is a household family membership and is entitled to one vote. The Proxy and Ballot must be signed by the Primary Member. Current members are those who are in good standing (must have paid their invoice in full) by Saturday, March 14, 2026.
If you choose to vote by Proxy, you can submit your proxy to the Ballot Box that is in the Office or email your proxy to the Election Judge, Susan St.John at st.jhn.19@gmail.com
