Funds collected will be used for, but not limited to, the below purposes:

Encourage the sport of sailing and other water sports, through its equipment and facilities, including space for boat storage. Promote the science of seamanship and navigation, raise environmental awareness, provide sailing and water safety instruction for adults and children. Organize opportunities for racing, regattas, recreation and sportsmanship.
