SQUADRON DATE 082510… Read full article When I arrived at the Squadron about 7:30 AM carrying drip edge for the new shed I was met by Ron Biney carrying cardboard boxes out from the club. He said he came early to avoid school zones. Don St. Clair came next and helped Ron & Wanda & Ruth Nordman stock the bar.

SQUADRON DATE 072810… Read full article It was so hot and humid today that I can not blame anyone for not coming to our Ballbuster Work Party today. No wind and lots of humidity and heat. The body drips sweat and it doesn’t evaporate. Our painters, Ruth & Chuck Nordman, finished the chair rail back of the office and kitchen and then scraped off the peeling paint from one of our picnic tables for painting later.

SQUADRON DATE 062310 A lot cooler than it was Sunday when I was here as there was a great wind out of the east southeast. Ron & Don took on the job of leveling the tops of two cabinets on the Main Dock Deck that they built several years ago. They used a bottle jack and jacked up the counters until they were level and they screwed a 2 by 4 into the railing just behind to support them.… Read full article

She then began painting the screen frames on the porch so we can later redo the wood sills. This is going to be a longtime project and probably take at least a month in Ballbuster time.

Yesterday, Dona (who I brought home a couple of weeks ago, and I, went back to Miami for her first postoperative exam. We left at 4:45 a.m.
