The 2012 Friday Nights kicked off on Friday, April 6th. We had 8 boats register, 6 boats started the race and 3 finished. John Dowd and crew on Iguana finished the 4.68 mile course in 44:42 for a first in the Multi Hull Division.

Seven Fleets representing 11 States and three countries (US, Canada and England) participated in our 2012 Michelob Light One Design Midwinters at the Sarasota Sailing Squadron. Almost 200 sailors descended upon the club and enjoyed spectacular weather. The Daysailer, Flying Scot, S2 7.9, and VX One fleets started their regatta Friday with a 12 o’clock start.
