Passing of Dona Murphy
Dona Murphy, 68, of Sarasota Florida died January 30th, 2012. (6-19-43---1-30-2012). Dona is survived by her husband Patrick Murphy, one son Charles (Chad) Worley, one stepson Kelly Murphy (Anya) of Parish, 2 step daughters Kerry (Michael) Rowell of North Carolina, and Tracy Murphy of Sarasota and four grandchildren. She and her husband are long time members of the Sarasota Sailing Squadron and she personally was responsible for many of the early organizing activities (mid 80's to mid 90's) that resulted in the successful launch of the Squadron into the 21st century.… Read full article
